DESCRIPTION OF FLATS WITH FULL FINISHING IN BLOCK A

Foundation
Present foundation walls from prefabricated blocks.

Outside walls
Brickwork, 51 cm plastered, additionally warmed from the exterior by mineral wool, which is covered by thin plaster and painted. Base is plastered. Heat resistance of walls complies with the requirements provided by the construction normative acts.

Internal walls and partitions
Walls separating flats are masonry, plastered, daubed and painted. Internal partition walls between sanitary units are masonry, plastered, daubed and painted. Walls in sanitary units are covered with ceramic tiles.

Span and ceilings
Assembled from hollow reinforced ferroconcrete slabs. In flats, suspended ceilings are made of plaster cardboard. Board joints are mended; ceilings are plastered and painted.

Roof
Composite – partially span roof and terrace. Warmed with stone wool, covered with tin plates, which imitate tiles. Supporting constructions are wooden. Rainwater harvesting system is equipped. Roof is warmed in compliance with the requirements provided by the construction normative acts.

Windows
In staircases and other premises of communal use there are plastic profiles, in flat rooms – plastic with double glass packet, bay windows with aluminium profiles and double glass packet; internal glass – selective. Heat resistance and sound insulation complies with the requirements provided by the construction normative acts.

Doors
Flat entrance – single armoured multilayered with sound insulation. 2 locks and a peephole. Internal flat door laminated and has a latch.

Floor
Concrete levelling base on sound insulation is installed in the whole flat area. Flat floor covering in rooms is laminated, in halls and sanitary units there are stone tiles. Flashing of horizontal surface (floor) with vertical clinch is equipped in sanitary units.

Balconies
Balcony floor is stone tile covering on ferroconcrete plate. Metal railing is installed.

Heating
Collector central heating system. White sheet steel radiators with heating controllers are installed. Floor heating is equipped in sanitary units. Water-heated coil-pipe is not projected and installed there; however, a distributor box for electric coil power point is provided. Convector heaters are installed in bays.

Ventilation
Ventilation passages are equipped in sanitary unit and kitchen areas for necessary ventilation (the places are provided in the part of the project specifying ventilation).

Water-supply
Connected to the arterial system of the town. In the apartments, cold and hot water-supply kennels are equipped. Water is planned to be heated in the equipped heat stations with the help of heating points. Pipes are lead up to and geared to sanitary equipment in accordance with bilaterally regularized (between Seller and Purchaser) plumbing appliance layout scheme. Plumbing appliances (shower-bath with agitator gear, sink with agitator gear, toilet bowl) are placed in sanitary units. Cold and hot water-meters are installed in flats.

Drainage
Drainage kennels are installed. Pipes are lead up to and geared to sanitary equipment in accordance with bilaterally regularized (between Seller and Purchaser) plumbing appliance layout scheme.

Electricity
In premises of communal use and flats, electricity accounting system intended in the project is installed. Inside a flat, electrical transmission shield is installed, which has automatic switches and electric voltage supplied. Electrical cables are fitted in a flat according to the attached scheme (bilaterally regularized between Seller and Purchaser); distributor boxes are installed under plaster.Inside a flat, the number of installed electrical power points and switch distributor boxes is in accordance with the attached scheme (bilaterally regularized between Seller and Purchaser). Lighting is installed inside a flat in sanitary units; in other rooms, cables are fitted according to the attached scheme (bilaterally regularized between Seller and Purchaser).

Low currents
On every floor and in staircases, low current system (television, telephone, entrance control) commutation box is installed. PVC pipes are lined up to a flat from it; low current distributor box is set in a flat. Inside, television and telephone cables are laid in accordance with the attached scheme (bilaterally regularized between Seller and Purchaser); speakerphone is equipped. Telephone and television power points are installed in accordance with the attached scheme (bilaterally regularized between Seller and Purchaser). Protective alarm is equipped in flats (cables, sensors, contacts and consoles are provided).

Staircases, halls
Entrance door to staircase of a building is reinforced by aluminium profiles, warmed, with glass; code lock is installed. Interior wall finishing – painted decorative plaster, ceilings are daubed, painted or covered with decorative plaster. Lighting and heating equipment is installed. Stairs are covered with stone tiles as well as landings. Railings are metal.

Elevator Lifting capacity is 500 kg. Can service 4-5 people at a time.

Basement, cellars Concrete floor. Walls are plastered, covered with calcareous paint. Doors to cellars are veneered, have filler and latch.

Arranging surroundings
Asphalt concrete, tile covering, pavements, swarding, street and yard lighting, and other varnishing elements are provided in compliance with the covering and swarding project of the general plan.
